As a small Aussie business, we work hard to keep shipping affordable for you. That’s why we offer delivery WITH tracking for just $7.99*. This is cheaper than most other pet brands and AusPost actual flat rates.

That makes our shipping 36% CHEAPER than most. We're 100% Australian-based, built for dog lovers (not profits).

*Orders under 500g qualify for $7.99 delivery. Orders over 500g+ will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Standard Delivery: Please also allow 2-5 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Express Delivery via Auspost is now available. Calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery location.

FREE Local delivery every Thursday on orders over $75 for these eligible postcodes: 3018, 3026, 3027, 3028, 3029, 3030.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Refunds

We’re happy to offer a refund for any item (excluding toys & chews), provided the following conditions are met:

    Treats

    To be eligible:

    • Please send us a video of your dog sniffing or trying the treat and clearly rejecting it. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Send this video to woof@lennyspupshop.com.au and provide a brief description of the issue. We shall get back to you within 1 business day. 

    Collars

    If you ordered the wrong size, no worries, we’re happy to help!

    • Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We’ll provide a refund once the collar is returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.

    Toys

    We don’t offer refunds on toys, as every dog plays differently. Some are gentle, some are destroyers, please choose with care based on your dog’s play style.

    Chews

    We don’t offer refunds on chews, as every dog has different chew styles. Some are gentle, some are destroyers, please choose with care based on your dog’s chewing habits.
