Subscribe & Save

So, how does it work?

Choose one of our Subscribe & Save value packs, complete your first order, and we’ll automatically send your dog’s chews every month.

Which products can I subscribe to?

When you join Subscribe & Save, you save extra $$$ on already selected value packs. This includes:

  • Roo Teeth Cleanser Value Pack
  • Roo Femur Value Pack
  • Ultimate Teeth Cleaning Pack

What happens if I add other products to my subscription order?

Subscribe & Save only applies to the product you select as a subscription.

At the moment, subscriptions are only available on selected packs:

  • Roo Teeth Cleanser Value Pack
  • Roo Femur Value Pack
  • Ultimate Teeth Cleaning Pack

You’re still welcome to add other products to your cart when placing your order, and they’ll be included in that delivery. However, those extra products will be treated as a one-off purchase and won’t be automatically added to your future monthly subscription orders.

Only your selected Subscribe & Save pack will renew and be charged monthly.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, Subscribe & Save has a minimum commitment of 3 months.

After your third month has been processed, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal. By selecting Subscribe & Save, you agree to receive a minimum of 3 recurring orders.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Our subscription pricing is designed for customers who want a regular chew routine for their dog, not a one-off discount.

The 3 month minimum helps us plan stock, offer better value on selected packs, and make sure your dog’s favourite chews are delivered consistently.

Can I cancel after 3 months?

Yes. Once your third monthly order has been processed, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal
